Terms of service for GPOSE Commissions
✶ General AgreementBy commissioning me (Tem), you confirm that:You are at least 18 years old
You have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
You understand that all commissions are digital photography services.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time, without obligation to justify the decision.✶ Commission ProcessThe client must provide a clear description of their request.
We strongly recommend providing references (sets, atmosphere, lighting, costumes, etc.).
Once the concept has been approved and the project has begun, any changes will incur additional charges.I will keep you updated on the progress when necessary.✶ Payment Terms (Reservation)Payment methods accepted:- Real money via Stripe or KO- FIPayment terms:- Full payment is required before the project beginsPrices may vary depending on complexity- the number of characters
- specific requestsFailure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission.✶ Delivery & DeadlinesDelivery time will be discussed before starting the commission.
Estimated time may vary depending on workload and complexity.
Delays may occur, but you will always be informed.✦ Please note that the creation process, previews, and work-in-progress content will remain private between me, the commissioner, and the staff team until the final version is completed and delivered.I am not responsible for delays caused by:- Game limitations

- Client unavailability✶ Revisions & ChangesMinor adjustments (small edits, lighting tweaks, etc.) may be requested.
Major revisions (pose change, new concept, different theme) will:
Be refused, or require additional paymentNo revisions will be made after final delivery unless agreed otherwise.✶ Usage Rights (Client)Once the final image is delivered:You are free to:- Use the image for personal use
- Post and share it on social media
- Use it as a profile picture, banner, etc.You are NOT allowed to:- Claim the work as your own
- Remove or alter my signature
- Sell or redistribute the image for profit (unless agreed beforehand)✶ Credit Policy- Credit is required when reposting or sharing the image.
- Proper credit includes:
- Mentioning “Tem”
- Tagging me when possibleThis helps support my work and visibility.✶ Artist RightsI (Tem) retain full rights to:- Display the commission in my portfolio
- Share it on social media
- Use it for promotional purposesIf you want your commission to remain private, you must inform me before the commission starts. Additional fees may apply for full confidentiality.✶ Commercial UseCommercial use is not included by default.If you wish to use the image for:
- Promotion
- Branding
- Monetized contentYou must discuss it with me beforehand.
Additional fees will apply.✶ Cancellation & Refund PolicyThe client may cancel:
- Before work starts → Full refund
- After work has started → Partial refund depending on progressI reserve the right to cancel a commission:
In this case, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the situationNo refunds will be given after the final image is delivered.✶ Behavior & CommunicationRespectful communication is required at all times !I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client:- Is disrespectful
- Pressures for faster delivery
